Our Wine


We grow Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier at our Vineyard in Pett Bottom, East Kent. Our grapes are blessed with a wonderful natural environment making them some of the happiest and juiciest around. They enjoy our mild climate and a South-West facing slope on a gradual incline with chalky-limestone soil.

We launched our first wines in 2021 - an English Sparkling blended from all three grape varieties and produced in the traditional method and a still Rose from the 2020 harvest. The rose has now sold out but been replaced by a new bottling from grapes harvested in 2021.

In the interests of keeping everything local, our wines are produced and bottled just down the road by the accomplished team of Winemakers at Defined Wine.

English Sparkling Wine, 2020

This 2020 English Quality Sparkling Wine has been made by the classic method of in-bottle secondary fermentation and was matured on its lees for 9 months before disgorging.

English Quality Rose,
2021

This 2021 English Quality Rose is a delightful blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. It is pale pink in colour and has a flavour profile hinting at summer fruits so ideal for enjoying al fresco.
